SynzBin is a code sharing platform designed for developers to share code snippets and text. You agree to:

• Not post malicious code, malware, or viruses
• Not share personal information, passwords, or API keys
• Not spam or abuse the rate limiting system
• Not violate any intellectual property rights
• Not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

3. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you post on SynzBin. By posting content, you grant SynzBin a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and must ensure you have the right to share it.

4. Privacy & Data

When you log in with Discord, we collect:

• Your Discord username and ID
• Your Discord avatar
• Email address (if provided by Discord)

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. All pastes are stored securely and associated with your account if you're logged in.

5. Public Content

All pastes created on SynzBin are publicly accessible by anyone with the link. Do not post sensitive information, passwords, private keys, or confidential data. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your posted content.

6. Rate Limits

To prevent abuse, rate limits are applied:

• Anonymous users: 5 pastes per 15 minutes
• Logged-in users: 10 pastes per 15 minutes

Exceeding these limits will result in temporary blocking. Repeated abuse may lead to permanent bans.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, including but not limited to:

• Malicious code or malware
• Illegal content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Harassment, hate speech, or threatening content
• Spam or advertisements

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer

SynzBin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of your content
• Permanent storage of pastes

Use the service at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms
